All sales are final. No returns are allowed. Exchanges are allowed with 14 days of receipt and are accepted on all unworn, unused products. See below for more exchange information. What are some circumstances in which the One-year Warranty covers?
- The stones are set with 200lbs of pressure and should never fall out. If for some reason they do, it’s covered!
- On that note, if you lose a stone, it’s a $25.00 replacement cost, but we’ll set it for free.
- The black stainless steel pieces are coated with black titanium. If this chips or rubs off, the first recoating is free. Every coating thereafter is $20.00.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please follow the steps below. Keep in mind, we must first receive your current product before the exchange will be processed.
1) Contact us via email at support@btiffny.com.
- Include your Username, Product Name, Style #, Date Purchased and Order #.
- Include what piece (including the size, if needed) you want to exchange your current piece for.
2) Send your current product back to the address below along with the completed Exchange form. Include all original packing and collateral material, including any certificates.
3) We will process within 7 days and ship the new piece to you.

Repairs:
For repairs under warranty, please follow the steps below.

If you are purchasing a ring that has a width of 8mm or greater and are typically a ½ size, purchase the larger size (i.e. Beth’s size is normally 6 ½, the ring is 10mm and only comes in whole sizes, she should purchase the ring in a size 7).

If you are purchasing a ring that has a width of 7mm or less and are typically a ½ size, purchase the smaller size (i.e. Tiffany’s size is normally 6 ½, the ring is 4mm and only comes in whole sizes, she should purchase the ring in a size 6).

Any pendant that comes in a Small or Large size is approximately 100% smaller/larger than the opposite.
